Vantastic Shuttle Policies

Vantastic Shuttle, LLC is dedicated to making your life easier while keeping your precious cargo safe. You can put your mind at ease knowing your child is being transported in the safest manner possible. Our drivers will ensure that your child will always have his or her seatbelt fastened. Our shuttles will be monitored remotely, so even if your child's shuttle gets caught in a traffic jam, you will be notified when they are running late.
 

The Rules

• All pick-up / drop-off locations will be pre-arranged.
• Seatbelts are to be worn at all times.
• There is no standing on the shuttles when they are in operation
• Passengers will not board or depart from the vehicle unless it has come to a complete stop and the driver has opened the door.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Cell phone use is permitted only as long as it is not disruptive to the driver.
• Parents: please have your children turn down the volume on the ring tones.
• No Food & Beverages Allowed.
• All passengers will obey the driver during pick-up, transport and delivery. The driver may assign seats if necessary.
• Children must be ready to board the shuttle when it arrives to pick them up. Please be on time as we want to ensure that everyone arrives in a timely fashion.
• We reserve the right to terminate shuttle rides for disruptive children.
• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated (this includes parents also).
• No fighting, arguing or physical contact is allowed with other passengers.
• Vantastic Shuttle is not liable for any items left on our shuttles.

All parents will receive a complete detailed list of Shuttle Rules upon confirmation of reservation.
