Refund Policy
Refunds are paid for trips cancelled by Vantastic Shuttle, LLC or written notice is sent to Vantastic Shuttle two weeks prior to scheduled service.
Membership Benefits
Membership is required for all services. There are many benefits of becoming a Vantastic Shuttle, Inc. customer. Unexpected meeting running late? Traffic pileup? Car won't start or your child missed the bus? We handle emergency calls for members for only a small fee. Variances to standard services are subject to additional charges. Call or email for pricing for shuttle service for groups.
Payment is required prior to start of service. We accept most major credit cards for your convenience.

Additional Services and Charges
- Change to Schedule – if we can accommodate same day changes a fee of $8.50 will be charged
- Hand off Service – young children need to be handed off at destination or pick-up - $3.25 per hand-off
- Same day service fee - $6.50
- Driver Waiting Time – an additional fee will charged when a driver has to wait in excess of 10 minutes for your child
- Additional stops – multiple stops will incur an additional charge of 50% of the single stop
- Trips over 8 miles a special rate will be agreed on prior to service
- Sick Child Pick Up – if we can accommodate the rate will be agreed on prior to service
- Before / After hours additional charges will be incurred (hours of operation 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Singing on Van – No Charge
- Laughing on Van – No Charge
- Having Fun – No Charge
